Mission Statement

AUPHR is an association united by a mutual concern for human rights in general and Palestinian human rights in particular. All people - regardless of race, sexual orientation, gender, ethnic origin, religion, culture, disability - are welcome to become members and are treated with respect. We seek to complement the work of others who share our concerns and values. Our aim is to educate the public and eliminate US policies that support the oppression and violation of human rights of Palestinian people in Israel, in the Israeli occupied territories and the Palestinian diaspora. We support the Palestinian call for the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanction of Israel until Palestinians achieve justice, equality, and freedom.

AUPHR is a proud member of the US Campaign for Palestinian Rights (USCPR) , a coalition of hundreds of groups across the United States. See http://uscpr.org for more information.
