On Tuesday, 18 November 2008, the Alternative Information Center spoke with, Valentina Azarov, a researcher in the field of international and humanitarian law and human rights. Valentina is also a Legal Researcher at HaMoked: Center for the Defense of the Individual. We spoke about the role of the Israeli High Court of Justice in the occupation, and legal questions about the status and situation of the Gaza Strip.
