The AIC interviewed Shawan Jabarin, the director of al-Haq Center, about the U.N. Goldstone Report, which accused Israel and the Hamas of war crimes in the Gaza Strip during the last Israeli offensive in December 2008 and January 2009.

Mr. Jabarin assesses possible actions the international community should take.
